The following Privacy Policy explains what personal information we collect, how we keep it safe and how we may use it.
Golf Poland Ltd trading as Golf Poland is a company registered in England and Wales, company number: 16184784 with its registered office at 5 Brayford Square, London E1 0SG. As a responsible company the onus is on us to safeguard any personal information that we collect, therefore we strictly adhere to the United Kingdom General Data Protection Regulation 2016/679 from 25th of May 2018 and the Data Protection Act 1998.

What we do with the information that we collect
The information that we collect about you is used in order to process any enquiry that we receive from you through either our enquiry or provisional booking form, email or telephone in order to send you the information that you requested.
If we proceed to book your golf holiday we will only forward your name to our suppliers and partners such as eg.accommodation, transfers, golf courses etc. as part of the process of securing your booking.
If you carry out a booking with us we may from time to time send you via email our own marketing material such as promotions, discounted offers, vouchers etc. you can at any time resign from receiving such material by informing us either in writing via email

Financial
We do not store any financial data provided by payment either with debit or credit cards, bank transfer or any other form of payment that is available through our secure payment platform which adheres to current legislation and stringent data protection principles.
COOKIES
We use cookies to monitor movements of visitors on our website in order to help improve a visitors browsing experience. Cookies are purely used to collect statistical information on how visitors use a website and have no ability to store any personal information of any visitor using the website.
